Carlette is the co-founder and mentoring coordinator of the G.I.R.L.S. Sports Foundation Inc where she leads the charge to develop the members through personal life skills workshops and other strategic mentoring initiatives. Additionally, Carlette is a Learning and Development Consultant at University Healthcare and a certified John Maxwell coach, speaker and trainer. She is honored to be the servant leader of the homeless outreach ministry at the Edison Street Community Church where she was ordained as an Elder in August of 2019. She is passionate about impacting the lives of anyone that she encounters because she believes that everyone has a divine purpose here on earth! She enjoys volunteering her time at homeless shelters, community centers, anti-violence events and youth empowerment programs. Carlette challenges individuals of all ages to adopt new ways of thinking and to accept the truth about who they are destined to be; Masterpieces!

Carlette earned her Master of Organizational Leadership degree from Medaille College where she has served as an Alumni Mentor and an Instructional Speaker. She is most proud of being a loving wife and devoted mother but first and foremost, a humble servant of the most high God! Her greatest desire in life is to reach the hearts of those that are hopeless and/or may feel as though no one understands. She uniquely uses storytelling to help others find the strength to push past their circumstances and to find their purpose. One phrase that Carlette is most known for is "Prayer saved my life"
